Commercial terms and any agreed deductible costs are documented before localization begins.
Creators receive documented reporting for covered localized content, including relevant revenue, agreed deductions, calculations, and payment records where applicable.

Depending on the written scope, this can include translation, cultural adaptation, narration or dubbing, editing, packaging, presentation, and distribution through agreed destination channels.
The agreement defines what is covered, not a generic public promise: content, permissions, languages, territories, platforms, duration, approvals, reporting, and commercial terms remain partnership-specific.
