Creators retain ownership of their underlying content unless they separately agree otherwise in writing. FROM Networks receives only the permissions specifically granted under an applicable written agreement.

A specific agreement may define the content covered, languages or territories, distribution channels, duration, commercial terms, permissions, and other deal-specific conditions. Localization can involve adaptation and distribution for an agreed audience; it is not merely a simple re-upload.

When agreed, localized content may be distributed through destination channels operated by FROM Networks. A creator does not obtain ownership of a destination channel merely because their content appears there.

Economics, reporting, deductible costs, and payment arrangements are deal-specific. FROM Networks does not publish one universal revenue share, payout threshold, or payment cadence for every partnership.

FROM Networks does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, monetization, audience growth, partnership success, or uninterrupted availability of the service. We may change, maintain, or improve the platform over time.
